Thai Sausage Fried Rice


Thai Sausage fried rice recipe is a perfect recipe to try if you have some leftover rice on fridge. This transform the leftover rice to something too delicious.

Serves: 2 servings


  • Cooked Rice – 3 cups
  • Oil – 3 tblsp
  • Onion – 1 chopped finely
  • Garlic – 1 tblsp chopped finely
  • Chicken Sausage – 3 chopped
  • Fish Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce – to taste
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Egg – 3
  • Vinegar – to taste
  • Spring onion as needed


  1. Heat oil in a pan, Add in onion, garlic and saute for a min.
  2. Add in chicken sausage and cook till brown.
  3. Spread it to the side and add in beaten eggs and scramble it well.
  4. Add fish sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
  5. Add in cooked rice and toss well.
  6. Add in pepper and mix well.
  7. Add in vinegar and white pepper and toss well.
  8. Serve.


1)Use leftover rice from previous day for best result
